Background

Captured on the National Elk Refuge, this adult male was made famous locally by the Jackson Hole News and Guide with a full spread article on the project. With slightly elevated lead levels, this eagle migrated down to the border of Colorado and New Mexico. Now nesting up in the Northwest Territories, this guy made one of the longest spring migrations of our marked eagles.
