Background

This is the first turtle of the season to be tagged, and also had the largest curved carapace length, measuring in at 103cm. She was observed emerging from the water at 10:20 by Environment Society of Oman Masirah Staff Nawaf al Farsi and Juma al Humaidi. She laid a small clutch of 50 eggs before being released with the tag.
