Background

This Bald Eagle was born in captivity in Carolina Raptor Center's eagle aviary. It was released in May of 2006. Five weeks after release it was on the St. Lawrence River in eastern Canada. Since then, it has migrated back and forth between Canada and the southeastern U.S.
