Background
This turtle was captured on a Uruguayan pelagic longline vessel operating in the SW Atlantic within Uruguayan waters. Sabrina was hooked in the tongue. A PNOFA scientific observer removed the hook and the turtle was released in good condition. Sabrina was named by a fisherman and measured 59 cm CCL x 58 cm CCW.
